Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting the letter. 1、In order to prevent your personal information from being fraudulently used, and make sure your e-mail address is correct, the National Immigration Agency (NIA) will send a confirmation letter automatically via e-mail after you submit the e-mail. Please click the link to validate your e-mail address and we will deal with your letter and reply to you as soon as possible. If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please check your "Spam Box". Letters without validation will not be accepted. Repeated letters on the same subject without new information or evidence won’t be further processed. 2、In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the NIA will not provide others with your personal data without your consent, except for official uses. However, based on the fact that administrative agencies have statutory responsibilities and expertise, if your letter involves the authorities of other administrative agencies, your letter including your personal information will be transferred to the competent agency. 3、If the content and identity is confidential, or if you have concerns about cybersecurity issues, please send an written letter to the NIA(Address: No. 15, Guangzhou Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, 10066). If the content is confidential, please mark the word "confidential" on the cover. 4、In order to make the most use of administrative resources, please do not submit any unconfirmed information, malicious attacks, messages from the Internet, or unknown URLs. We will reject the above-mentioned letters. If the content involves violations of relevant laws, you shall bear the legal responsibility. 5、The attachment total upload capacity is limited to 10MB and up to 10 files. Attachment supported formats include: txt、doc、xls、ppt、pdf、bmp、gif、jpg、png、tif、tiff、odt、odp and ods. The size of each attachment file can be up to 1MB. 6、According to the time limit for replying petition cases’ regulations of the Executive Yuan: If the content is more complicated and need much time to investigate, the processing period should be within 30 days. Otherwise, we will respond within 3 -working days upon receiving your letter.
